Was born in October 2, 1942. The photographer. The free artist. The employee of such magazines as "MAKSLA" (since 1976) and "LITERATURA UN MAKSLA" (1980-1982) Co-publisher and art editor in the weekly newspaper "BALTIJSKAJA GAZETA" during all time of its output (1991-1995).

The co-author of feature-length documentary film "High Court"; (director of Hertz Frank), 1987. Since 1973 participated in more than 300 exhibitions in 50 states of the world.

In 1979 has received a honorable rank EFIAP of the International federation of photoart. The winner of the state premium of LSSR in 1989. In 1991 was accepted in professional alliance KODAK PRO.

In 1996 a beginning of the action WILHELM MIKHAILOVSKY. FOTOGRAFIJA - NON STOP. The winner of the premium of Martin Butsler in 1996.

Is married since 1967. Family: the wife Vera, children Eduard, Yulia, Wilhelm and Yaroslav, grandson Alexander.
